TheBid Manager & Writerwill be responsible for managing and writing high-quality, compelling bids, from opportunity identification through to submission. They create persuasive content while coordinating timelines, compliance, and team inputs. This hybrid role combines bid strategy, content authorship, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Opportunity Identification: Scan NHS procurement portals and frameworks to identify relevant tenders aligned to business priorities.
2. Bid Strategy & Storyboarding: Define win themes, pricing narratives, and content structure in collaboration with sales and product teams.
3. Content Creation: Write and edit tailored responses, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the evaluation criteria.
