*WEBSITE DEVELOPER ROLE*We are looking for a driven and creative Website Developer to support and deliver our latest digital marketing strategy.This role is ideal for someone with a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and analytical thinking who is passionate about driving website traffic, improving user engagement, and increasing sales performance.*KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:** *SEO/SEM: *Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) is crucial for improving website visibility and driving organic traffic.* *Content Management Systems (CMS): *Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is essential for managing and updating website content efficiently.* *Google Analytics: *A strong understanding of Google Analytics is needed to track website performance, analyse user behaviour, and identify areas for improvement.* *HTML/CSS: *Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficial for making minor website edits and troubleshooting technical issues.* *Marketing Automation Tools: *Familiarity with marketing automation tools that can help streamline marketing efforts and improve lead generation.* *Social Media Platforms: *A comprehensive understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram is necessary for executing social media marketing campaigns effectively.* *Email Marketing Platforms: *Proficiency in using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is crucial for creating and managing email marketing campaigns.* *Analytical Thinking: *The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial for optimising marketing strategies.* *Communication: *Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for creating engaging content and effectively communicating with internal teams and customers.* *Creativity: *A creative mindset is essential for developing innovative marketing campaigns and generating fresh ideas.* *Adaptability: *The ability to adapt to different brands/products, along with emerging technologies, is crucial to staying ahead of the competition* *Problem-Solving: *A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for addressing challenges and finding solutions quickly.*EXPERIENCE: *A minimum of 1 year of experience in a web-based role is essential.
