Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Insight Analyst to join our dynamic and data-driven centralised Analytics department.
This role supports the Grosvenor venue business and offers the opportunity to provide innovative customer analytics and actionable insights that support commercial decision-making in areas such as acquisition, CRM, cross-sell strategies, churn, and customer behaviour.

Core responsibilities
* Customer insights: Interpret and analyse dashboards to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.
* Customer behaviour analysis & modelling: Conduct deep dive analyses on customer behaviour, including geo-demographics, time of day, and transactional data. Investigate retention drivers and develop predictive models to inform improvements.
* Segmentation analysis & reporting: Develop and maintain customer segmentations to tailor offers and experiences, and develop strategies based on insights, such as cross-sell criteria.
* Venue & Channel Analytics: Provide insights across venues and marketing channels, highlighting performance patterns and customer behaviours to inform strategies.
* Stakeholder engagement: Build relationships with Marketing, CRM, and Commercial teams. Present findings and collaborate on strategies to enhance performance.
* Visualization and storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
* Champion customer centricity by advocating for a customer-focused approach that balances satisfaction with responsible gaming.
* Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior analysts within the team.
* Ad-hoc analysis: Perform ad hoc analyses to support business departments and provide venue-specific insights for strategic decisions.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
* Experience in an analytical role, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry.
* Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python, R, or SAS.
* Knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
* Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
* Passion for learning and adopting new technologies and data models.
