What You’ll Be Doing
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be a key part of a dedicated and caring team. You’ll:
* Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and care routines
* Help deliver engaging, fun, and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS
* Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment both indoors and outside
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team
* Observe and celebrate each child’s progress and support their individual needs

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
* Some experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
* A caring, cheerful attitude and a love for working with young children
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
* Team spirit and excellent communication skills
