We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Littlehey, a Category C & YOI/Male prison. We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment and to support rehabilitation and positive change.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues across trades (Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators, and others) to provide a safe and secure environment.
We are a Ministry Of Justice business delivering critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a General Supervisor with a combination of supervisory experience in facilities management and knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
* Supervise facilities management activities within the site.
* Coordinate and support trades colleagues (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, administrators).
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Contribute to the safe, secure, and rehabilitative environment of the prison.
Qualifications
* Previous recognised supervisory experience in facilities management.
* Experience of compliance and knowledge of health and safety requirements.
* Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management / project management).
* Good Health & Safety knowledge and strong organisational, time management, and people skills.
