Passionate about cruises and delivering amazing service? Already have experience using a GDS and want to work from home? We’re looking for an experienced cruise consultant to join a busy call centre, helping customers and travel agents book unforgettable cruise experiences around the world while providing expert advice! Working 5 days – Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, Saturdays 9am–5pm, and no Sundays.
As a cruise consultant you will :
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, managing new cruise bookings and online enquiries.
* Upsell cruise extras including flights, pre- and post-cruise accommodation, transfers, shore excursions, onboard upgrades, and more.
* Use a GDS and cruise booking systems to manage complex itineraries and make accurate booking amendments.
* Deliver excellent customer service on every call and support customers throughout their cruise journey.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to team targets and earning your own commission.
As a cruise consultant you will have :
* Experience using a GDS (Amadeus or Galileo).
* Cruise or travel industry sales experience selling some cruises.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations, ships, and onboard experiences.
* A sales-focused mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
