Job Purpose
The Ice Cream Assistant HRBP for Colworth will lead end‑to‑end HR support for RD&I teams in the Colworth Global Centre, building strong relationships with HRBPs, Talent Partners, People Partners, and employees to positively influence the employee experience at critical career points.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for HR initiatives.
* Support performance management processes, including end‑of‑year assessments.
* Assist in organization development activities such as position management and cost control.
* Partner with HRBPs and leaders to create and deliver project plans for change programmes and reorganisations.
* Proactively manage employee relations by analysing data, spotting trends, recommending solutions, and coaching line managers.
* Provide subject‑matter expertise to cross‑functional HR teams (Payroll, Reward, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
* Participate in People Agenda initiatives to shape site‑wide HR agenda topics.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong HR knowledge and its business impact.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
* Experience in employee relations, case management, and UK employment law.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
* Comfortable handling sensitive matters and difficult conversations.
