Daytime Housing Officer – Part Time – Wirral
Pay is negotiated from Real Living Wage upwards, dependent on relevant experience.
Part‑time hours available:
* 1 shift – 12.25 hours per week
* 2 shifts – 12.25 hours each per week (total 24.5 hours)
12.25 hour shifts (7 am – 7:15 pm).
The Housing Officer is responsible for upholding accommodation standards, managing property tasks, following health and safety rules, and handling duties related to building occupancy. The role ensures the building stays safe, secure, and clean while creating a positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Working alongside managers and various teams, you’ll ensure health and safety standards are met, manage potential risks, and maintain the property at a high level of quality.
The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, resilient, and able to handle all situations arising due to our clients, including potential unauthorised visitors. We seek individuals who are innovative, assertive, empathetic, and possess a positive attitude.
The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risks attached to the women in our care.
