Kingstone High School is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will undertake a range of administrative duties. We are seeking a candidate for 3 days a week to cover a maternity leave who will be responsible for undertaking general Office Admin duties up to 31st January 2027.
We are seeking a candidate with a high level of personal organisation and accuracy who has the ability to work independently, as well as to work as an effective team member. You will require a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Excellent IT skills are required, and a sense of humour is essential and applications from colleagues with experience of working in an administrative role will be most welcome.
The successful candidate will be liaising with parents, agencies and other stakeholders as necessary, you will need to be confident in communicating to a diverse range of people at all levels.
