We have a vacancy for an Accounts & Admin Assistant. The successful applicant will have a pleasant telephone manner and be able to communicate well with customers. A knowledge of Sage 50 accounts is essential as well as being computer literate and having attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Daily banking, including reconciling receipts and payments
* Producing all customer invoices
* Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
* Checking and collating employee expenses
* Working alongside the sales and service team
* General admin support
A minimum of 1 years accounting experience essential.
This is an office based role.
