Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading building contractor based near Hedge End, Southampton, who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business. Operating as a main contractor, the company delivers new build and refurbishment projects across the commercial, industrial, education, MOD, and residential sectors, with typical project values up to £5M. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take projects from inception through to final account and be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project. Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor: You will ensure the effective administration of all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties whilst ensuring rigid cost control to minimise the costs of the project and enhance value for money.
