Facilities Administrator Location: Birkenhead Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (Office-based) Were currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join a well-established and growing facilities management company based in Birkenhead. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of planned and reactive maintenance operations. As a Facilities Administrator, youll be responsible for coordinating engineers and subcontractors, managing schedules, handling quotes and invoices, and providing administrative support across a range of projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries and schedules for in-house engineers Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and engineers via phone and email Monitor and manage a shared inbox on a daily basis Order materials and parts as required Prepare and send quotes to clients Track job progress and chase outstanding tasks Process purchase orders and invoices Use a CAFM system to manage and update job records What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or building services admin role Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Good knowledge of CAFM systems Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise Experience with quoting, purchase orders, and invoice handling Proactive and collaborative team player Must be able to work full-time from the office, Monday to Friday Benefits: £27,500 - £30,000 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Company pension scheme If you're an experienced Facilities Administrator seeking a hands-on, fast-paced role within a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
