Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin
Rate of pay: £27,000 per year, plus gener benefits, training & development
Contract Type / Hours: Permanent / 40 hours per week

* Work within a busy restaurant environment as an experienced Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
* Deliver shift briefings to large teams.
* Manage the flow of the restaurant to deliver great guest experiences.
* Maintain brand standards alongside the team.
* Develop staff and create memorable service that guests will never forget.
