We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Pilates Fitness Class Instructors to join our team. Pilates classes are delivered to a plethora of customers within the centres. A Pilates Instructor applying for this role will understand that this role is more than just an instructing position; it is the ability to empower change within customer lifestyles. The Pilates Instructor has the skill to expertly guide the customers attending the class, enabling them to leave feeling empowered. Through experience and leading by example, the Pilates Instructor will assist customers in their own development with the class.
This is a rare opportunity to work at GLLs flagship facility set to open this year. The new Woolwich Waves Leisure Centre will be one of the largest flagship centres that GLL has operated. Designed by the Britannia project team and at a cost of over £115m, the new centre will boast:
1. Large leisure pool with flumes, toddler pool and a large wet play park
2. 25m, 8-lane fitness pool
3. 20m training pool
4. Spa Experience with health suite and treatment rooms, all adjoining the training pool to give a true health club style spa experience

What you’ll do:
15. Deliver a safe and effective class.
16. Consistently perform a fun, enthusiastic, high-quality class.
17. Adapt, progress, and regress where required for all ages and levels.
18. Inspire all customers through class delivery and the transferring of energy and motivation.
19. Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded.
