Role Summary
This is not a typical production-line design position; instead, you'll focus on solving unique, direct-to-client engineering challenges, always working on new and interesting projects. Many inquiries are for one-off or highly bespoke solutions—you will turn technical problems and original concepts into manufacturable, cost-effective results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaborating across functions, and being actively involved in driving new solutions from initial brief through to successful production.
You will develop, expand, and manage everything from feasibility and mechanical design to part numbers, BOMs, and engineering support—helping ensure every custom project meets the client’s needs and our high standards.
