What you'll be doing:
* Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance
* Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
* Managing referencing, deposit handling, and documentation
* Supporting tenants and landlords with day-to-day queries
* Keeping lettings records accurate and up to date
* Assisting negotiators and property managers where needed

* Previous lettings or property admin experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training given
