Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Oracle Financials, specifically Accounts Payable (AP), within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle delivery of Oracle EBS Financials projects, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP)
* Manage project planning, execution, governance, and delivery within scope, time, and budget
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define financial requirements
* Drive solution design workshops across Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL)
* Oversee system implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements in Oracle EBS
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors
* Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
* Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership
* Support post-go-live activities, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
* 8–12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
* Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering Oracle Financials projects
* Strong hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and implementations
* Good understanding of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management)
* Experience in managing large-scale, global Oracle implementations or transformations
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
* Familiarity with financial compliance standards and controls
Preferred Qualifications
* Oracle certifications in Financials or EBS
* PMP / PRINCE2 certification
* Experience in shared services or global finance transformation programs
* Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus
