We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our key account teams at Thermatic Technical FM.
As a Thermatic Contract Supervisor, you will support the account teams to deliver agreed services to our customers with the utmost standard and efficiency, while maintaining and delivering all cost lines. You will supervise the contract between the customers and our engineers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and distribute work across the teams. You will also be responsible for the profit and loss of the contracts.
Thermatic Technical FM provides nationwide coverage across the full spectrum of Hard FM services to large, commercial clients. Our team of mobile engineers is supported by the account teams at Head Office to provide reactive breakdown and planned maintenance services.

Hours & Location of Work:
Main location - Our head office is based in Salford, Manchester. Opportunities for remote work are available, but some office presence is required.
Regular hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40-hour workweek. Flexibility is available.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviours:
* Experience in a similar role within Facilities Management
* Understanding of gross profit, impact, and efficiency improvements
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Effective time-management and prioritisation skills
* Agile approach to work with process-driven practices
* Experience managing people is preferred
* Technical experience in air conditioning, commercial gas, or electrical is advantageous
Responsibilities include:
* Supervise the day-to-day operation of the contract(s)
* Respond to questions and requests for information internally and externally
* Manage all administrative tasks from call out to invoicing
* Support preparation of quotes and follow-up visits for handover to TSC
* Maintain client portal updates
* Review daily work status and support the team accordingly
* Respond promptly to external calls and emails
* Confirm delivery of parts before engineer allocation
* Ensure full job details are confirmed before handover
* Attend client meetings for operational updates
* Manage work progress and timely invoicing
* Review profitability reports and identify improvement opportunities
* Ensure contractual compliance and KPI adherence
