Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to secure vital partnerships that protect butterflies, moths, and the environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and execute the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and implement the Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive outreach
* Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans
* Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
* Line manage the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering growth
* Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in securing and growing high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience in developing and executing fundraising plans to meet targets
* Negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
* Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience in stewarding funder relationships effectively
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly
* Experience managing budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Dorset
