Executive Assistant - Technology Business - Permanent - Hybrid (Leamington Spa 1-2 times per month) - Salary circa £40,000 - Not a purely Administrative Role!
Dentro Talent are working with a fast growing technology consultancy operating at the forefront of the technology revolution. Their rapid growth and future plans mean they are in need of an Executive Assistant for the Founders. This role will be the heartbeat of the business, both in terms of organising but also communicating to key stakeholders in the business.
This is not just someone to organise travel, take minutes and conduct administrative tasks, although that is all part of the job. You will be proactive and able to support the business in the creation of client communications and presentations, you will be able to effectively research and summarise businesses for Execs to approach or meet.
You will be a strong character, able to speak up on any emerging issues or factors that need attention, supporting the Founders in the day to day operations by being alert to the business needs and desired outcomes.
Experience:
* 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a technology business or professional services environment
* Ability to see the bigger picture and help prioritise business goals
* Experience supporting board meetings, maintaining risk registers, or helping manage company governance processes.
* Clear, confident, and articulate
* You operate with discretion, maturity, handling sensitive information appropriately.
