Location: Home-based, covering the South East (including London, Kent, Sussex, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and the Isle of Wight)

The Role
Are you a motivated and passionate Therapist or a therapy-trained social worker? If so, we want you to help us enhance our therapeutic services! As an Associate Therapist, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing consultation sessions to foster parents facing specific challenges.
* Collaborating with internal staff to address issues related to placements.
* Liaising with external local authorities, social workers, and schools.
* Building strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and groups.
* Facilitating workshops to promote reflective therapeutic practice and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment (preferred).
* Strong administrative skills and an understanding of regulatory policies and processes.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
