Wembley – Covering North West London\n💷 £50,000 – £55,000 per annum\n🏘️ Social Housing\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee planned works and maintenance repairs within social housing properties across North West London. Based out of Wembley, you will manage operational teams, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality services to residents.\n\nThe role requires excellent people management, strong knowledge of social housing standards, and the ability to drive performance and efficiency across multiple contracts.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage day-to-day delivery of planned works and responsive maintenance contracts.\n\n * \n\n Lead and support site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.\n\n * \n\n Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations, building standards, and client KPIs.\n\n * \n\n Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure high-quality workmanship.\n\n * \n\n Produce performance reports and attend progress meetings with senior management and clients.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Contract Manager within social housing maintenance and planned works.\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, and construction practices.\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership and people management skills.\n\n * \n\n Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance targets.\n\n * \n\n Knowledge of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence – travel across North West London required.\n\nBenefits\n\n * \n\n Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience).\n\n * \n\n Company car or allowance.\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme.\n\n * \n\n Career progression opportunities with a leading housing maintenance provider
