Job Title: CNC Machinist – Lathe Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision metal components. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes while ensuring all parts meet quality, safety, and production standards. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions * Load, edit, and run CNC programs using Fanuc and Mazatrol controls; make tool offsets and minor program adjustments as required * Select, install, and change cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures suitable for metal machining * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency * Inspect finished metal components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges * Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and dimensional inaccuracies * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations * Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues * Meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards * Work closely with engineers, programmers, and quality teams to improve proc...
