Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. You will be expected to create an environment where the atmosphere feels like the residents' personal home, catering to their individual needs.

Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant looking to advance your career? We are seeking individuals who want to be part of our supportive and inclusive community within our homes.
Working alongside care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, which includes observing, reviewing, finalising care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in line with Akari values.
