OLM Helpdesk Administrator

Main duties of the job
To provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the whole LET team including:
* Managing the incoming calls on the LET Recruitment Helpdesk and taking ownership of the Helpdesk system.
* Contributing to the delivery of LET plans and programmes as identified within key objectives.
* Assisting the LET team with administrative support on new starters, employee relations issues, recruitment and payroll tasks.
* Responsibility for data entry and clearance of new starters on the ESR system.
* Assisting on the maintenance of the HENE TIS system to meet minimum dataset.
* Maintaining the LET E‑Induction ESR information and assisting with development requirements.
* Taking responsibility for E‑Induction queries from LET team, Training Trusts and Employees.
* Point of contact within the LET to provide support to learners regarding e‑Learning queries.
* Providing ESR admin support to the OLM Administrator and the HR team.
* Maintaining self‑development, in both professional and personal terms, along with personal/professional development of other HR staff.
* General duties including filing, photocopying, emails, telephone cover, etc.
* Any other duties, including project work applicable at this level.

Job responsibilities
* Minimum 3 GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
* ITQ / ECDL or other recognised IT Qualification or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
* The broad outline of knowledge, specialist skills and experience required for the post are outlined in the attached person specification.
* Experience in working in an office environment in telephone, email and customer services.
* Experience of use of ESR is desirable along with experience of NHS OLM processes.
