Looking for someone comfortable with two aspects
1) Editing the content of podcasts in Descript, focused on shortening and cleaning the content, e.g., from 1 hour to 40 minutes. This means removing redundancies on a paragraph and sentence level but also making decisions about what should stay in or be thrown out.
2) Mastering the audio for good overall sound
This is meant to be a long-term collaboration with episodes being published each week, apart from 1 month breaks during winter and summer. We would agree on a price per episode, depending on the format.
Having some know-how of the startup scene or marketing/communications topics is a bonus, but it's not essential.
