Overview
Senior Performance & CRM Manager role at Creditspring. The role sits within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for leading our performance marketing strategy across paid channels while building sophisticated CRM journeys to nurture leads and increase conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who can scale Meta/Google campaigns as well as build lifecycle strategies, user segments, and email/retargeting flows. You will work closely with our analyst, communications, and design teams to orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys that fuel acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
About Creditspring
We are Creditspring, a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company focused on helping members access safe and efficient short-term financial products. We have members, not customers, and we take pride in that. As one of the UK’s few subscription finance companies, our mission is to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members through the products we provide, partnerships, and educational content. Our goal is to help people in the UK manage their finances and steer away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.
Responsibilities
* Performance Marketing Ownership: Take full ownership of paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, and new platforms). Manage agency partners, define media strategy, build funnel-based campaign plans (top/mid/bottom), and optimise for CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.
* CRM Strategy & Segmentation: Lead planning and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including recapture, reactivation, and nurture journeys. Define segments based on lead stage, intent, eligibility, and engagement behavior in partnership with our analyst.
* Growth Funnel Design: Build and optimise the full funnel from anonymous traffic to converted members. Scope targeting strategies, develop content briefs, and collaborate with creative teams to launch personalised campaigns across paid and owned media.
* Channel Expansion & Testing: Explore and test new acquisition and lead nurturing channels (e.g., affiliates, display, new retargeting platforms) with structured pilots and test-and-learn frameworks.
* Attribution & Measurement: Design dashboards and frameworks with our analyst and Head of Marketing to measure incremental impact, channel attribution, funnel drop-offs, and halo effects of ATL/brand campaigns.
* Creative Alignment: Brief and collaborate with internal designers and external agencies on paid campaign creatives; align on messaging, segmentation, and content formats across funnel stages.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with data, underwriting, compliance, and product teams to build campaigns that are accurate, compliant, and conversion-focused.
* New Partner Outreach: Support initial outreach and lead generation for new affiliate and broker partnerships, partnering with the Head of Marketing for negotiations and onboarding.
Qualifications
* Experience: 4–6 years in growth/performance/CRM marketing roles, ideally in fintech or consumer tech.
* Data-Savvy: Proficient in analysing campaign performance, segmenting audiences, and deriving actionable insights from funnel data.
* Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta and Google ads, lifecycle marketing, and email campaign logic.
* Hands-On: Willing to work in detail—from drafting test plans to QA of final creatives.
* Cross-Functional Communicator: Able to manage agencies, influence internal stakeholders, and collaborate across technical and creative teams.
We are an equal opportunities employer. If your experience doesn’t fit every item but you’re excited about the role, we’d love for you to apply. We’re committed to an inclusive environment where employees feel welcomed, valued and listened to.
