 
        
        As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will support the residential property team in managing a diverse caseload of transactions from instruction to post‑completion.
Responsibilities
 * Assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
 * Supporting the management of remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build purchases.
 * Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
 * Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other related legal documentation under the supervision of a solicitor.
 * Ensuring compliance with anti‑money laundering (AML) regulations and other legal requirements.
 * Maintaining accurate case records and managing client expectations through regular communication.
 * Assisting in dealing with complex property issues, such as lease extensions, shared ownership, and adverse possession.
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
 * Previous experience in residential property law is highly desirable.
 * Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, including relevant legislation and regulations.
 * Excellent client care skills, with the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively.
 * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
 * Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in all aspects of work.
 * Experience using conveyancing case management systems is advantageous.
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
