Temp Recruitment Administrator
Immediate start, ongoing duration with strong view to a permanent opportunity within.
£12.75 per hour, weekly pay.
Based in the Centre of Manchester, you will help support a team of high performing Recruitment Consultants with all the administration that surrounds successfully placing candidates in jobs. You will telephone screen CV’s, set up new starters, process temp timesheets, apply for references, type job specifications and interview confirmation emails, manage job boards and social media platforms to promote job openings and attract talent etc. You will also help the consultants touch base with their clients, making regular outgoing telephone calls and sending emails to gently remind of their services.
Desirables
1. Previous administrative experience (experience in recruitment or HR is a plus)
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
3. A team player, who approaches every task with enthusiasm and positivity.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
