Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice over the phone to clients, focusing on renewals and maximizing case sizes.
* Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and the benefits to clients.
* Provide protection advice in line with mortgage offerings.
* Achieve consistent sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector.
* Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA standards and regulations.
* Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
* Take on a minimum of 20 pre-qualified appointments each month from an existing client base.
* Handle appointments and consultations in a flexible manner.
* Collaborate with a dedicated Case Manager to ensure successful client outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the mortgage and protection sector.
* CeMAP qualified.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
* Ability to provide telephone-based client advice.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
* Previous experience in delivering mortgage & protection advice is essential.
