We are supporting a global organisation in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector in the search for a Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad exposure across both HR business partnering and HR analytics, while supporting a dynamic and international workforce.
The role combines day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle with data-driven HR analysis, helping the business make informed people decisions through reporting, dashboards, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnering Support
* Support the HR Partner/HR Business Partner in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle.
* Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing guidance in line with HR policies and procedures.
* Manage routine HR cases and employee lifecycle changes with a strong focus on service quality.
* Support organisational initiatives and transformation projects by preparing HR data, materials, and reporting.
* Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking.
* Collaborate with HR shared services teams to ensure timely and accurate HR support to employees.
* Assist with HR processes such as talent reviews, performance calibration, and engagement reviews.
* Prepare presentations and materials for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
HR Analytics & Reporting
* Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and potential improvement areas.
* Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and management.
* Support reporting across areas such as workforce planning, performance management, and compensation cycles.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist support, HR reporting, people analytics, or a similar function.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).
* Experience creating presentations and data storytelling in PowerPoint.
* Exposure to HR metrics, workforce planning, performance management, or compensation processes.
* Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
* Experience working in international or matrix organisations is beneficial.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
* Fluent English required; German is a plus.
