I'm looking for an ambitious HR professional who’s ready to take the next step into a HR Business Partner role with real ownership, international exposure, and the freedom to make an impact.
This isn’t a “sit on the sidelines” HR job. You’ll be at the heart of the business, working closely with leaders, shaping decisions, and influencing how teams grow and perform across the UK and Nordics.

* Leading or contributing to wider HR and learning projects
* Acting as a trusted voice for people across multiple countries
What we’re looking for:
* Around 3+ years in HR, ready to step up or already operating at that level
* Someone who enjoys both rolling up their sleeves and thinking bigger-picture
* A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
* Curious, proactive, and comfortable with autonomy
* Someone who genuinely cares about people, culture, and doing things well
