About the Role:
Are you a strategic problem-solver with a passion for systems integration and supply planning? Rittal-CSM is seeking a Solutions Architect & SIOP Supply Planner to lead the development of planning systems and processes that drive operational efficiency and support long-term business goals.
This role blends technical systems architecture with advanced supply chain planning, offering a unique opportunity to influence both digital transformation and operational performance.
Working 39 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
Purpose of the Role
Capacity Planning & Analysis
* Develop and maintain capacity models for production areas or factory locations
* Analyse production capacity, utilisation, and efficiency data
* Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimise throughput
Demand & Supply Coordination
* Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams to understand forecasts
* Balance supply plans with available capacity and inventory targets
* Adjust production schedules to meet changing demand
SIOP Process Support
* Participate in monthly SIOP meetings and contribute to scenario planning
* Provide insights and recommendations for capacity constraints and opportunities
* Align planning horizons with strategic business goals
Project Coordination & Collaboration
* Develop and implement integration scenarios across SAP modules
* Work with cross-functional teams including SAP specialists, developers, and business process owners
* Coordinate integration efforts during SAP implementations and upgrades
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience of production processes and capacity planning
* Strong background in systems architecture or business systems design
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Degree in Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience
