The role
BNP Paribas Real Estate has an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator in the 2nd line team of the IT Support Department. The successful candidate will join a young, tight-knit team in a dynamic environment, interacting with staff across the business. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and learn as you help us achieve business goals through technology. The position is based in London, with some travel to other UK offices.
Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of administration and mobile device management for the UK Support team. You should be a passionate customer advocate with a good balance of intuition and resourcefulness to deliver excellent customer service.
Main Accountabilities
* Processing new starters: account creation, application permissions
* Processing leavers: shutting down accounts, returning equipment
* Overseeing and maintaining Vodafone accounts and contracts
* Mobile setups on iOS
* Updating internal systems to reflect user changes
* Managing access requests to applications
* Supporting the support team as needed
