We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer you will create engaging visual content across print and digital channels, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team to bring campaigns to life with innovative design that captures attention and delivers results.
Responsibilities
- Create high‑quality marketing materials such as prospectuses, brochures, flyers, signage, advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Design engaging digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising.
- Support the development and maintenance of the Inspire Education Group brand across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver creative solutions for a wide range of projects.
- Assist with photography, video content and the management of digital media assets.
- Work with external suppliers and printers to ensure high‑quality production standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across print and digital platforms.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof‑reading ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive, positive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Experience within an in‑house marketing team, agency or commercial design environment is advantageous but not essential.
