As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong background in civils to lead the delivery of multiple groundworks and civils contracts across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.The right candidate will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards and strong client relationships.
MAIN CHALLENGES
To oversee the operational delivery of groundworks and civils contracts, ensuring safety, quality, and programme objectives are achieved. To manage and support site teams and supervisors, aligning delivery with the commercial and performance goals set by the Head of Contracting.
JOB PURPOSE
The Contracts Manager will support the planning, and lead the execution, and successful delivery of groundworks and civils projects across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme standards. Working closely with the commercial team, the CM will support key client relationships and drive continuous improvement through strong leadership and resource optimisation.

An experienced Groundworks Site Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career, or someone already in the role looking to take on broader responsibilities, lead multiple projects, and play a key part in driving operational excellence across the business.
* HNC Construction and the Built Environment or equivalent industry recognised qualification
* Civils background preferable.
