Job Title: Front of House Assistant
Hours: 24 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Typical day
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Handle emails, phone calls and face‑to‑face queries
* Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (if site has a café bar)
* Manage spa bookings and appointments to ensure smooth scheduling
* Provide information about spa services, treatments and products
* Process payments and manage the reception area efficiently
* Assist promotion of spa services, special offers and retail products
* Maintain a clean, tidy and inviting reception area at all times
* Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff for seamless service delivery
* Ensure all visitors are logged correctly, including contractors and guest passes
* Undertake all relevant training required for the role
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude
* Genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Capability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; shifts from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm
* Preferred: proven experience in a receptionist or customer‑service role, preferably hospitality
* Preferred: proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills
