We're looking for a Lettings Advisor who can combine excellent customer service with the ability to stay calm under pressure, make fair decisions, and communicate clearly-even when the conversations are tough. What you'll do As a Lettings Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are let quickly, fairly, and in line with policy. You'll manage the end-to-end lettings process, from verifying applications and arranging viewings to liaising with local authorities, external agencies, and internal teams. This is not a field-based role, but you'll work flexibly between home and office locations. What we're looking for We need someone who brings more than just admin skills. You'll need: Resilience and tenacity - to manage competing priorities and keep things moving. Confidence in challenging situations - able to be firm but fair when making decisions. Empathy and professionalism - balancing customer needs with business requirements. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, to explain decisions clearly. Attention to detail - ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Experience in social housing or lettings is desirable, but what matters most is your attitude, adaptability, and ability to build positive relationships.
