The vacancy Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday) Workstyle: Roaming - a mix of working from home and office Closing Date: Sunday 28 September 2025 Are you resilient, tenacious, and confident in handling challenging conversations? We're looking for a Lettings Advisor who can combine excellent customer service with the ability to stay calm under pressure, make fair decisions, and communicate clearly-even when the conversations are tough. What you'll do As a Lettings Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are let quickly, fairly, and in line with policy. You'll manage the end-to-end lettings process, from verifying applications and arranging viewings to liaising with local authorities, external agencies, and internal teams. This is not a field-based role, but you'll work flexibly between home and office locations. What we're looking for We need someone who brings more than just admin skills. You'll need: Resilience and tenacity - to manage competing priorities and keep things moving. Confidence in challenging situations - able to be firm but fair when making decisions. Empathy and professionalism - balancing customer needs with business requirements. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, to explain decisions clearly. Attention to detail - ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Experience in social housing or lettings is desirable, but what matters most is your attitude, adaptability, and ability to build positive relationships. You'll be based in our Lichfield office with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required. Why Bromford?
