Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to progress your career in the property sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and professional team, supporting the sales process from initial reservation through to legal completion.
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Co-ordinator with a solid administrative background. If you have experience in legal, conveyancing, or property – that’s a bonus – but it's not essential. What’s more important is your ability to manage complex admin tasks with accuracy, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work as part of a collaborative and driven team.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales process from reservation to exchange and completion
Liaise with sales teams, managers, and legal representatives
Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and assist with due diligence
Attend weekly legal meetings to track progress and timelines
Flag and escalate any risk to sales exchanges or completions
Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and spreadsheets
Assist in preparing sales document packs for new site and phase launches
Keep accurate records for team holidays, sickness, and training logs
Help organise internal events and sales team conferences
Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department
Attend occasional site visits and development launches when required
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
Confident, professional communicator
Comfortable working with multiple systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively
A team player who is flexible, reliable, and eager to learn
A background in property, conveyancing, or legal is a plus, but not essential
