Senior Clinical Advisor – Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence‑based healthcare to patient needs.
* Have critical understanding of detailed theoretical and practical knowledge, and specialist knowledge and experience.
* Perform telephone assessment of health and clinical needs, utilising NHS Pathways and other relevant clinical decision support systems across 111 and 999.
* Assess and deliver care to patients across all age groups, providing assessment, medication advice and health information.
* Advise individuals to access appropriate level of care and manage symptoms at home.
* Supervise, teach, precept, coach and mentor other staff, including students, clinicians and health advisors.
