We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Veterinary Care Assistant/ Receptionist to join our Colne Vets for Pets practice.
Our practice is bright, spacious, air-conditioned and recently expanded to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.
As part of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional care. You will be maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic, kennels, and prep areas, assisting smooth efficient running of the clinical team, and ensuring comfort of our patients. You will be performing a range of tasks, such as admitting patients, booking appointments by phone, helping to monitor recoveries, dispensing medication, packing instrumentation, and running laboratory tests. Training and support provided, but some animal related experience is essential.
This is a Full Time role involving hours between 8.30am and 7pm and will include working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
