We’re seeking a Facilities Supervisor for our growing site in Sherburn in Elmet. The role will work closely alongside the QHSE Manager in the delivery of H&S and Facilities objectives. As apart of this role you will be responsible for managing the workload of the Maintenance & Hygiene Operatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday start & finish times flexible.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Making sure faults are prioritised and assign repairs to the required team members.
Ensure the fault register is maintained correctly.
Mandatory checks and inspections are completed across the site
Ensure all remedial actions are complete from any inspection or audit.
Maintain the department PO register and raise required POs for repairs or equipment.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience within a senior facilities role, ideally within a warehousing or logistics environment
Experience with data, utilising Excel and other Microsoft applications
IOSH managing safely is essential
Level 3 Diploma/18th Edition Wiring/IOSH/Refrigeration/City&Guilds
Strong written & verbal communication
