One of our welcoming Bedford primary schools is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Early Years practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join their thriving Nursery team and support their youngest learners as they begin their education journey.

What the school is looking for:
* Level 3+ Early Years qualification (essential)
* Proven experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
* A calm, positive, and nurturing approach
* Someone proactive, reliable, and confident supporting a busy EYFS team
Your role will include:
* Supporting learning through play and structured activities
* Delivering high-quality care and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead
* Observing, recording, and feeding back on children’s development
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
