The successful candidate will be motivated, approachable, and confident, with the ability to lead activities and manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner. Key qualities include friendliness, fairness, initiative, proactiveness, and a positive attitude. Applicants must have experience working with children and hold a Level 3 Certificate in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). You should have a genuine enjoyment of working with children, the ability to take responsibility, and a willingness to uphold the school’s behaviour policy at all times.
