Role Description
* Assist the GM in day-to-day operations, acting as site lead in their absence.
* Support service standards across F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.
* Coordinate with department leads to ensure consistent communication and adherence to company policies.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the visitor experience.
* Ensure all staff adhere to safety and hygiene procedures.
* Support financial targets by managing resources efficiently and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management experience, including the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Operational and organizational skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
* Customer service expertise with a focus on guest experience excellence
* Financial management skills, including budget development, cost control, and revenue monitoring
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
* Experience in hospitality, leisure, or resort settings is highly desirable
* Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
* Degree or professional qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are advantageous
