Who we’re looking for As part of our Rents team, you’ll use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide resolution to customers queries at first contact, and administration support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer rent queries, resolving issues that prevent customers from paying their rent on time. Take payments, set up agreements and direct debits and signpost customers to external agencies for support – financial and other. Understanding of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit claims. Proficient IT skills, including MS Excel and Word, and a willingness to learn new systems. Experience working in a housing or performance management role If successful in the role, you may be asked to complete a standard DBS check.
