Role overview
As an Accounts Manager at LUCA FALONI, you will be a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s financial operations. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, uphold compliance with regulatory standards, contribute to strategic financial planning, provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
* Prepare and post journal entries.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyze financial data and provide insights.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
* Support the implementation and improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
