The pay range for this role will be £32,061 (pro rata for part time colleagues). To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Preparation for Adulthood Team as a Care Manager within Adult Social Care. This role is offered on a 6‑month fixed‑term, with a commitment of 37 hours per week. As a Care Manager, you will collaborate closely with health and social care partners to enable recovery, promote independence, and support safe transitions of young adults.
