This is a very exciting opportunity to become the Shaftesbury Clinical Deputy Manager at Kenway Court. We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse with the passion and skills to lead the service. You must be on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register and hold a current PIN to apply for this role.

About The Role
As Deputy Manager and registered nurse, your role will be to:
* Provide support to staff and people supported.
* Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, ensuring we provide the highest quality of care and support.
* Work with governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Kenway Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea. The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Our home is a large accessible building with modern facilities and daily nursing care. Shaftesbury’s homes in England deliver residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
