This role suits someone who is: Patient but proactive Friendly but firm Great at explaining things clearly and calmly Your day might include: Supporting classroom learning Helping pupils express needs and emotions Using visual aids, routines, and structure Being the steady presence a pupil relies on Must-haves: Strong command of English (verbal & written) Confidence communicating with children and adults Willingness to learn SEN strategies Driving licence = big plus If you’re energetic, emotionally intelligent, and want work that actually means something — this is it.
